Finished before launch — not after, by customer complaint.
Twenty-five checks sounds like marketing until you stand on the floor and watch it happen: seam strength, stitch density, waistband recovery, pocket bartacks, shade matching, shrinkage after the wash — a garment interrogated at every station it passes.
Then comes the special wash. Every piece is softened before it ships, so the first wear feels like the fiftieth. Comfort out of the packet is a manufacturing decision, not an accident.
